Growing Flavours

Netting the GrapesGilberts have been growing great flavours for the world for four generations now!
Our previous generation grew apples for the export market. We grow grapes (of course!) and prime lamb: both for the export and domestic markets. Our vineyard was planted in 1985. So that makes us 32 years old. Each time we planted a block of grapes along came a son.

Hence the  "Three Devils Range" and the "3 Lads Cabernet Range". The boys are all in their twenties/thirties now
so the title "Three Devils" seems a little inappropriate. However, this is such a popular line of the Gilbert range, how could we delete it?
The Three Devils continues, with the added intrigue of 3 Lads.We wonder when the 3 Gents will be released? (Stay tuned!)
Our farm boasts a culinary garden. We proudly harvest stone fruit including apricots, plums, peaches and nectarines from our orchard that is very old. The Mt Barker region is perfect for growing full flavoured produce. 

Grapes grown are: Riesling, Chardonnay, Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon.
