The staff at Gilberts open the cellar door Wednesday to Monday at 10am.
They are friendly, welcoming people who love to share their local knowledge!
There is a sense of Australian informality here- a warm fire to taste by in winter and cool shady picnic spots to enjoy our wine from in summer.
